Your input is needed. DHHS and the Bureau of Developmental Services are holding four online listening sessions in May as part of the DD Waiver renewal process. Every five years the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) requires that the state renew their Home and Community Based Care 1915 (c) waivers. Click here for more details on the process.

There are several ways to give your input to BDS:
• Attend one of the four (4) listening sessions held on the dates noted below. At the listening sessions, you can give verbal or written comments.
