The NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Bureau of Developmental Services (BDS) holds its first virtual Stakeholder Meeting and Q&A session on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m.

At this Zoom session, the group will discuss the operational and system-wide redesign to be conducted in follow-up to the Alvarez & Marsal 1A (A&M1A) report (click here to see report). Given the opportunity to redesign our service delivery system and modernize operations to best support individuals and families, DHHS is committed to developing and maintaining a robust stakeholder engagement process. In doing so, this webinar will serve as a state-wide “kick off” to the work to come.

During this webinar, we will:

1. Walk through the A&M 1A recommendations,

2. Speak to early planning work in preparation for engaging stakeholders on our waiver and rate redesign initiatives,

3. Discuss stakeholder work group committee structures, and

4. Provide opportunity to hear from you and answer questions.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, this meeting will be held via Zoom only. This webinar series is open to anyone interested in participating but requires registration.
