The Monadnock Center for Successful Transitions (MCST) at MDS is hiring a Supported Employment Program (SEP) Manager. The SEP Manager works directly with individuals with disabilities, staff and businesses to develop and maintain work related skills that are in alignment with employer standards.

Duties include; supporting individuals on job sites, scheduling, training and ongoing supervision of staff, ensuring adequate staffing is in place for all shifts, identifying training needs and resources, meets with employers as needed. BA in Human Services preferred or 2-4 years’ experience in Human Services, business or related field with evidence of increased supervisory experience. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
