SurveyLaptopTwo important online surveys are being conducted for MDS families and individuals right now. We encourage you play an active part in your or your family member's services by completing these surveys. Below are links to each of them, with the name of the survey organization and a brief overview.

ABLE NH Survey: ABLE NH (Advocates Building Lasting Equality) is conducting a survey for advocacy purposes: to gather family input on a variety of subjects to ensure that public officials receive the information needed when voting on bills that pass through the Legislature that could impact the services you or your family member receives. Conflict Free Case Management Survey: This Bureau of Developmental Services (BDS) survey covers Case Management services received by families and individuals through your local Area Agency. BDS has contracted with NH Family Voices to conduct this survey and to hold forums across the state, including one in Keene on November 20th. This in-person forum at MDS Keene at 6 p.m. is for those who might not have access to the survey online. If you do the survey online, no need to also attend in person, as the same questions will be asked, unless you have specific questions you want to discuss in person.
