MDS will offer an eight-week series Healthy Relationships - Sexuality, Expectations and Safety for Self Advocates. The sessions run for eight Mondays, October 28 through December 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the MDS office in Peterborough. This workshop is designed to provide information to help individuals make informed decisions and to advocate for themselves. It is free to MDS consumers, and $50 for individuals outside of Region 5. Cost: No cost to Region 5 Consumers; $50.00 fee to individuals from outside of Region 5 MDS

Week Four: 11/18/19 - Friend to Sweetheart
Week Five: 12/2/19 - Social Media and the internet
Week Six: 12/9/2019 - Body Parts
Week Seven: 12/16/19 - Sexual Behavior and Consent
Week Eight: 12/30/19 - Protection and Sexual Health
Week Nine: (1/6/2020 or TBD) – additional/make up session
