The Medicaid Open Enrollment period opens on August 1, 2020. You will be able to select a different health plan from August 1 through August 31. Your new health plan will begin on September 1, 2020.

You should have received an Annual Open Enrollment letter. You will have a chance to pick a different health plan, or stay with the one you have.

If a member chooses to stay with their current Health Plan, no action is needed during open enrollment and coverage will continue with the current Plan.

The letter and the materials below will tell you how you can choose. You also have information below on each of the three health plans to help you choose the one that is best for you.

You can choose from one of three plans: AmeriHealth Caritas NH, NH Healthy Families, or Well Sense Health Plan.

For details and more information, please contact the Medicaid Service Center (NH Only) at 1-888-901-4999 (TDD Access: 1-800-735-2964), Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET.
